P-Square's new album and celebrated row with landlord

THE duo of Peter and Paul Okoye of P-Square also had a nice year in 2009 with the launch of their latest album, Danger. But it seemed that one of their tracks there, Wahala Dey became a reality when they had issues with their landlord over their Omole Estate residence. Well, the row which became a topic of discussion everywhere made them to start developing what they said would be a state of the art house.
